The gas leak detector instantly detects harmful substances released into the environment. When the gas concentration reaches 10% LEL (Lower Explosive Limit), an audible and LED light alarm is activated. If the detector is connected to the system, the detector outputs the network signal. If the detector is connected to a valve or manipulator, it will drive ttem to shut off the gas pipeline supply.
A high-sensitivity gas detector is a reliable protection in the event of a combustion, explosion or poisoning gas leak.
The gas detector is mounted on the wall, ~3m away from the gas source, to avoid false signals when using gas normally. For low-density gas detection, the detector is mounted ~0.3m-1m from the ceiling. In the case of liquid gases, when the gas density is higher than that of air, the detector is mounted ~0.3m--1m from the floor.
Notes:
The gas detector must be tested every 6 months.
The gas detector requires maintenance: dust, grease and dirt can contaminate the sensor head, which may cause it to malfunction.
