As one of the galaxy’s leading scientific researchers, you have spent the last two years studying the rich ecosystem of Alarria — a remote terrestrial planet located several light-years from Earth. Your groundbreaking research into its unique fauna was only just beginning to bear fruit… until disaster struck.

A massive asteroid — large enough to wipe out an entire civilization — has been detected on a direct collision course with Alarria. Research is halted. The planet’s greatest minds are summoned. Time is slipping away.

Three desperate plans have been launched, each with only the slimmest chance of success:

• A high-powered laser will attempt to destroy the asteroid before impact.
• An advanced energy shield may deflect it and alter its deadly trajectory.
• An emergency evacuation aims to relocate as many species as possible to the nearby forest moon, Fortuna — safely outside the blast radius.

How to Save a World is a competitive worker-placement game featuring hand-building and resource management mechanics. Each round, players assign workers to critical projects or play action cards to influence outcomes. As the asteroid moves closer every turn, project progress is evaluated. Strategic planning and tough decisions will determine whether Alarria survives — or is lost forever.
